The Benefits of Working With a BBB A+ Rated Roofer

At Roof Pro Select LLC, we are extremely proud to be rated as an A%20 roofing contractor by the Better Business Bureau or BBB as it is one of the most coveted accreditations in the home improvement industry. But what does this rating actually mean for the clients we work with?

The Better Business Bureau

The BBB is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1912 whose sole purpose is to advance good business practices. It consists of over 100 independently incorporated local BBB organizations both in the US and Canada. With nearly 400,000 local businesses in North America vetted and accredited by the BBB, its seal of approval has long been synonymous with marketplace trust.

The BBB Rating System

The BBB rating system relies on an A%20 through F letter-grade scale with A%20 being the highest. To be able to achieve an A%20 rating, a residential or commercial roofing company must score at least 97 out of a possible 100 points. These points are based on 13 different factors including how many complaints a company receives, its ability to resolve these complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, and how many years a company has been in business, among others.

Needless to say, achieving an A%20 rating is no mean feat as it also utilizes negative scores in its system. If you check the BBB’s website, you will see that only a handful of roofers are rated as A%20. Hiring a roofer with an A%20 rating from the BBB means that you can rest easy knowing that you are working with the best that the industry has to offer.
